In this workshop we will look at what fuels motivation, how to discover and utilise your strengths, and how to work more effectively, not just more productively (there is a difference!). Lastly, we will look at optimism. Adversity is a part of life, on occasion the wheels do fall off, but we can choose how we respond. Optimistic people are happier, have stronger immune systems, live longer and experience less depression and anxiety. Why this topic? Because the impact of well-being, motivation and resilience in the workplace is and will continue to be, significant, both at a personal and organisational level.
